Possibly. I will never copy someone else’s work directly. However, if there is a purchasable file that can be licenced for commercial use, or I can use their product as inspiration for something similar (but with enough differences that it isn’t a carbon copy!). Please contact us and we will let you know if it is possible or not.

I can cut wood, acrylics, leather, papers, cards and more! Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you have a specific material that you would like me to cut for you. I will let you know if it can be done or not.

I prefer to use wood where I can as these are more sustainable for the environment. If you see anything made out of wood that you would like in acrylic, please contact us. There may be an additional cost to do the item in acrylic as depending on the timeline and material, it can cost more for us.

I can engrave into more materials than I can cut! As well as the materials in the above question, I can engrave into painted metals, anodised metals, slate, glass, cork and more. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you have a specific material that you would like me to engrave for you. I will let you know if it can be done or not.

Yes! If you have something that you want to engrave, please just contact me. There will be a minimum charge of £5. I also cannot be held responsible for the outcome of these items as I will usually only have one attempt. I will do everything that I can to ensure everything goes smoothly, but sometimes there are issues outside of my control that can cause the laser not to engrave correctly. As I will only get one attempt, it is far riskier than one of my products as if there are issues with anything of my own, I would be able to redo it.

If something is very sentimental or expensive, please don’t ask me to do it as I would feel terrible if anything happened to it, regardless of where the blame lies.

Delivery has a flat rate of £5 for now. This is to cover the postage cost as well as postage materials. This may have to change in the future if I get any larger items.

Yes, this is encouraged, especially if you’re in Derby. It makes it cheaper for you and easier for me. I am based in Oakwood, Derby. It is a residential address so it can be collected outside of standard office hours.  To collect, please select that option on checkout then contact me using the contact form and we can arrange a collection time.

If the item has been personalised – no, unfortunately not, so please ensure your requested personalisation is correct. Check the spelling – twice! If something is incorrect, however, please let me know and I will make a replacement for just the material cost!

non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days if you’re not happy with them. You are responsible for the safe return of the item.

If you’re unhappy for any reason, please get in touch with me. word of mouth is my best advertising so I will do my best to make customers happy.

Please contact us if you find an image, product or any IP infringement on this website and I will remove it upon receiving proof.

I do purchase designs on occasion, so hopefully, it will just be a case of showing the receipt.

If I’ve used any copyrighted images – please also let me know. I use images given to me by customers on occasion and I cannot always confirm where they originate. I can, however, make sure that I remove them from my website and will not use them in the future.
